Thank you for shopping at Boys Choir Store. We strive to provide high-quality, made-to-order products in collaboration with Printful. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

✅ 1. All Items Are Made-to-Order

All of our products are printed on demand (POD) by our production partner, Printful, once an order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, color, or design choice.

Please double-check product details, sizing charts, and addresses before finalizing your order.

⚠️ 2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives with a defect, is damaged during shipping, or you receive the wrong item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us at [webinfo@boyschoirstore.com] within 14 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue
  • Do not return the item unless requested

After review, we will provide either:

  • A replacement order free of charge, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method

🚚 3. Lost Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit or hasn’t arrived within 30 days (domestic) or 45 days (international), please contact us. We will investigate with Printful and the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

❌ 4. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not offer returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Change of mind after order placement
  • Orders returned due to unclaimed deliveries
  • Sale or limited-edition items

📦 5. Return Address

Do not return items to us directly. If a return is authorized (e.g., defective items), Printful will provide the appropriate return address, typically:
